What we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, training enquiry, enrollment, or programme feedback form, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, contact details, organisation, and the project or training information you provide. If you attach project input or reference documents to a project enquiry, those files are also collected.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry or enrollment, understand your requirements, contact you, and, where relevant, deliver the training or engineering service requested. Uploaded documents are used only to understand and scope the project enquiry.

Who sees it

Netlify hosts and delivers the website, Supabase processes stored form data and private uploads, and Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without separate consent.

Uploaded documents

Engineering documents attached to a project enquiry are uploaded directly to a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Only authenticated members of our team can generate a time-limited link to view a file; those links expire after one hour. Documents are treated as confidential and are never published as portfolio material without separate permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and enrollment records are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the engagement; they are not routinely deleted on a fixed schedule. You may request deletion or a copy of your data at any time — see Contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email info@pipingstresstechengineering.com with your request.
