Terms of Use

Terms governing use of this website and the services described on it.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Who we are

This site is operated by Piping Stress Tech Engineering Services, an independent engineering consultancy and training provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, client or software vendor. Product and standard names referenced on this site, including CAESAR II, ASME and API publications, are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

Using this site

You may browse this site and submit its project enquiry, training enquiry, enrollment, or programme feedback forms for their intended purpose. You agree not to submit false information, disrupt the site or its forms, or use automated tools to submit enquiries at scale.

Enquiries and enrollments

Submitting a project or training enquiry does not create a contract or confirmed booking. Each request is reviewed individually, and scope, proposal, or availability is confirmed directly before any engagement or payment is agreed. A training enrollment is not confirmed until we contact you by WhatsApp or email.

Fees, batch schedules, refund terms and cancellation terms for training programmes are confirmed directly with you before enrollment, rather than published generically on this page.

Engineering services

Any piping stress or engineering service described on this site is scoped, priced and delivered under a separate written agreement with the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an engineering deliverable, a certification, or a substitute for project-specific engineering judgment.

Confidential documents

Engineering documents attached to a project enquiry are treated as confidential and used only to understand and scope the work described — see our Privacy Policy for how they are stored and who can access them.

No warranty on site content

Content on this site — service descriptions, training programme summaries, FAQ answers — is provided for general information and is kept as accurate as we reasonably can. It does not constitute engineering advice for any specific project, and should not be relied on as such.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site applies.
